HELP with install- southwestautoworks Upgraded harnesses
All the search took me is to the APC ones which are different than the southwestautoworks.com Upgraded headlight harnesses.
The harnesses come with the socket with 3 wired attached to it, Black, green, red.
Do I just solder them to the stock wires? Or what?. BTW I tried to search but like I said, it took me to the APC ones and plus I have class in a few min so I need the info so I can get to it when I come back. thanks.

If they are just like stock replacement connectors...
Yes, you cut off the old connectors. Leave about 1/2 inch of wire on the old connector. Put the old and new connectors side by side near the headlight housing. Match the wires of the new connector up with the headlight wires using the old connector as a guide.
You can solder, twist & tape, or use posi-lock connectors like I did.
Note: the stock wires are on the driver and passenger sides are different colors. Don't get the old connectors mixed up when you cut them off.
Goodluck.

Well, if it works with the old bulbs, I'd say that new bulb is defective. Have you tried the 'defective' bulb on both sides?
