Your not the only one. I forwarded a paypal payment and haven't gotten the item I ordered. I have forwarded several e-mails and a PM without any response.

Customer service is not job 1 I'm 4 weeks late with no response. I wish I could hold onto customers money for a month before giving the product away.

You can actually file a complaint with PayPal and get your money returned. You file a non delivered goods report with them and they will deal with Bryan. I'm not sure what has happened to them, but this has gone on for a long time now. It seems odd that they are not returning any emails or messages.

I was one of the lucky few that actually received a midpipe from them, and I really like it. But, I too would be really P.O.'d if you sent them money months ago and they are not answering any questions.

i got a midpipe from him like 2 weeks ago. I had tons of trouble installing it, it seemed like the midpipe was too long, and i sent him and email about that, and never got an answer from him.

I'm going to call my credit card company tomorrow or monday and let them deal with it. Citibank has always been good to me.

Hated to put a mark on Bryan, but I filed a complaint with Paypal and filed a complaint with Citibank. I got my $49 back because I used a credit card. I'm very glad I didn't do the checking account with paypal. Also, firmfabrications doesn't seem to like returning emails either. I certainly hope FrankenCar continues with good customer service.

I also have filed a compkaint with paypal. I have had to do this once before and got my $$$'s back shortly after filing the complaint. I would advise anyone else in the same boat to file your complaint.

You only have 1 month from the transaction date to file so do it immediately.
