difference between wet and dry nitrous kit?

I thought I knew the difference but saw the NX wet kit (link below) with one fogger nozzle? Can someone tell me the difference? Nitrous pressure?

wet is safer in a direct port setup..
dry is easier to tune and optimum for 25 - 100 shot..

wet distributes nitrous evenly to each cylinder and doesn't use the factory injectors
dry doesn't distribute as evenly and may cause certain cyclinders to run lean.. dry also uses factory injectors..

Go figure search came up with something this time... (when I used "wet")

Q. What is the difference between a wet and a dry system?
A. A "Wet" system introduces a homogenous mixture of nitrous and atomized fuel into the incoming air stream, thus providing a perfect air/fuel ratio for each.

thanks!
