Well im taking up this space to vent a little bit so bare with me here i go....


Over the past 3 and a half months i went on a modding rampage getting 18 inch mille evo's, a zex nitrous system, Stillen strut bar ypipe intake david l clears etc...to most this would be a well put together car and would be happy with it, but im not.. I feel something is missing on my car but i dont know what it is...i hope that im not getting tired of the maxima but it feels that way...dont get me wrong i love my car and its brought me alot of joy but i cant look at it and say im satisfied...so thats why im turning to my fellow org members any insite on directions i should take my car is appreciated. Give me a reason to love my maxima again.

Why not build a nice sound system? or maybe slap on a body kit, or a custom paint job.

 

Are your windows tinted? I can't seem to remember, but if they are not, you can do that. Also, a body kit or stereo does sound like it might help. Oh, and also put up a cardomain site! Props also help...

i've been tired of my car since before the summertime, ask anyone who knows me, they know what car i am saving for..

 

Jason wants the phhsssstttt phhsssstttt of an MKIV TT, u sick bastad. Surprise me this summer J! I have periods where my car isn't appealing to me anymore but ever since i got my rims back on and dropped it and put the body kit on it, people can't quit starin at it. There goes that hot low *** purple maxima again they say on campus.

 

hmmm, whenever I think that I'm not as excited about my car as I used to be, I end up going for a ride in someone elses car. Fortunately for me, my car is always nicer and I am excited to get back in it!


As far as mods, try to do some custom work on the inside. That IS where you spend your time

 

try shocks/springs if you have not.. do a stereo system... or start saving money for forced induction OR buy A VI

Thats basically why I sold my car...one day I got bored, the next day I began to part it out. I was starting to look at other cars and wanting them, thats when I knew it was over. If you are unhappy with the car, stop modding, you'll only be loosing money. I added another $750 worth of mods within the last 3 weeks of owning my car...most of that I didn't recover.
