Need A Host For Videos

I need a host tonight for some bada$$ videos...including Nealoc187s 13 second N/A run.....

Does anyone know how to convert quicktime movies to .mpg, .wmv, or .asf movies? The program brian is using is iMovie, and the machine is a Mac. We'd like them in .mpg because thats the most accessable to most people, lots of people dont have quicktime to view .mov files, but can view .mpg, .wmv, and asf files in windows media player, etc.
