My guess the bigger one is for nitrous and smaller one is for fuel. But this is very important, so I would call NX tech support up. Ask them to be sure. You do not want to screw this part up.

I would call the NX tech line to confirm the fuel jet though because they gave me 52 and 31 for a 100 shot for 43 psi fuel pressure. That is what determines the size.

.02 is a pretty big difference in fuel. I would for sure by double checking with NX tech support.
