Ive gone Hybrid....

Removed the lower PRCAI tube....man the filter is screwed....definately gets wet from rain.....and mucho dirty.

Butt dyno tells the standard response.......better at topend the the whole cai.

It will stay this way now

Yeah, the top end is better, but didn't you also feel that the mid-range has become in-consistant?? 3000-3500 rpms you feel a nice surge, then 3500 to 4000 the car kinda sortof lags a bit, then it surges again at 5000 and beyond? The thing I miss about the CAI was that the torque was linear all the way to 5000 rpm.

Not really....This thing pulls like mad.........i felt surges with the cai.

I also have all aftermarket ypipe/rtcat/apexi ws......maybe thats why.

Yup its stock. It looks good after a good wash and waxing....a couple of dings....the damn door strip things on the side are peeling like a **** tho.....Over all for a 7 year old car.....still looks good.

I know exactly what you're talking about. But to be honest, I thought I felt that when I had the CAI... just maybe not as much. Don't know why but sometimes it is very noticeable, other times it's not...
