Hey Brian, where are you getting the transmission work done and how much are they charging? I'm in Houston but I'll gladly drive up to Austin to get the work done at a quality shop with good prices.
You car looks bada$$, just need to get your armrest replaced .

Anyways, I'm getting the work done at a shop my friend works at. It's a REAL small shop, but they know what they're doing.

He just had a new trans put in the car...brand new from the factory, covered under insurance.(accident) I think that's what he means.

Also, it's K&S Auto in Round Rock, TX 512-255-5200
They're charging whatever the normal rate is, I know they do work for $65 an hour which is less than most places. I think the entire R&R and tranny disassembly (insruance wanted it disassembled) was $550 or something.
