I have to admit that I was a victim of Berk Tuning. I forwarded payment for an intake and never received anything in return. I know I'm not alone and am trying to encourage others to lodge a complaint with the internet fraud complaint center website. I hated to do it but all attempts to contact Bryan have gone unanswered and Paypal claims to not be able to resolve this issue.
