ground wires?

ground wires?
Has anyone installed a ground wire kit? Are there any noticeable increase in hp? Is there a particular way to hook up the wires? What company makes a good set? Any info. would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

O gauge is HUGE. I don't think I ever seen one that will accept 0 gauge. What's it for? 0 gauge is overkill unless you plan on carrying the current for a long distance.
