Question about warped rotors

I think I just warped my rotors again, but I have a question about them. Sometimes when I warp I can feel the brake pedal pulsing and the steering wheel shaking, but then sometimes I don't feel it. Are warped rotors suppose to do this or is something else causing this problem? I get this problem at high speeds where sometimes it shakes and sometimes it doesn't. so my question isn't if its a warped rotor, but is a warped rotor suppose to give u the pulsing sensation at random?

Not sure if it'll make a difference or not, but I'm on Brembo big brakes w/ barley 1000 miles on these rotors

Brembo big brakes with only 1000 miles on them should be smooth as glass. Did you break them in properly and bed the pad to the rotor with a series of agressive stops with cool down periods?

There should have been specific instruction on how to properly break them in. If they weren't followed it's possible that you have pad material that has fused onto the rotor which is causing your pulsation. It's not necessarraly a warped rotor but an uneven braking surface that you may have created.

Do several agressive stops from about 40 - 50 MPH down to about 10MPH, then drive about 1/2 mile to let them cool a bit and repeat. Do this about 10 times, each time making the stop a bit more agressive and extent the cooling period. Try not to come to a complete stand still while your doing this process. Make sure you let the brakes cool down completely before you park again.

See if that clears up your vibration.

Warped rotors are a myth....it's a uneven build-up of brake material on the rotor surface like njmaxseltd said. I agree with his diagnosis
