Maxima dis's competition by a LOT!!!

It's official, the first race since listing the car for sale and we win (check it out):

http://www.sfrscca.org/solo2/Results...ound5.html#sts

If it'd not been for a silly slalom cone we'd taken the competition by almost 1.5 seconds.

Anybody want to buy a competitive Maxima?

That's awesome. What were their reactions when they saw that your "family car" won??

... but all they've got to do is get out their checkbooks...

Perhaps I should be advertising it on the Honda / Toyota / etc. boards instead of here, huh?

Good idea, now more ****** like you would be trolling the board. I'm proud of our car, but I'm not gonna go trolling around websites that don't have **** to do with our cars...

I was making a joke, ivelweyz.

I don't intend to subject this forum, or Brand, for that matter, to malicious attacks. I've been here since maxima.ml.org in 1998 and caused NO trouble, not that I know of. I'm simply trying to get support for selling a motorsports competitive Maxima.

Truth be known, winning autocrosses has most to do with driving skill, then tires, etc. Of course, that assumes the car's properly classified and prepared.

Perhaps you've won in sanctioned competition with a Maxima, perhaps not. If you haven't and are interested just let me know and I'll try and hook you up. Just don't call your instructor a "*****".

Regards,

Barry

Congrats, Barry!

It's good to know SOMEONE races their Maxima in actual competition around here, and we're not a bunch of dragrats or ricers.

Thanks Jeff, it's for sale here:

Details here:

My apologies, just can't imagine returning such a competitive car to stock in order to sell it. I'll even train the buyer to drive it (the FUN part)

Thanks again,

Barry
