I have an oppurtunity to buy a 90 Maxima that is in very good condition mechanically and physically. But is has 262,000 miles on it!! Pearl White GXE. I can buy for $1800. Yay or Nay?

 

I wouldn't pay $1800....maybe $1000. I've seen 90-92s in my area for around $2000 with under 150k.

 

If you need a car, save your money and buy something good. Who cares if it's a maxima, 262,000 speaks for itself. Maximas don't last forever you know.

262k my advice to you is take that 1800 u would spend, take out a lone, and put like 1500 down on a 95-96 maxima 5speed GXE with around 100k for like 5 grand. or just save up 5grand. you can find nice 4th gen maxima's or even 93-94 max's with 90-150k for under 6grand
