Discount Tire Direct (Tires.com)

Quick question. Do they mount the tires to the rims if I buy them together? I just got an impression that they don't.

I can't say enough about this company. I ordered wheels from a local shop, but after they got the wrong size, and where stuck looking for tires for a month I just called Discout. I recieved my 17*7 Konig Reigns wrapped in Nitto's the exact day they said they would arrive, mounted and ballanced, all for 1,000.

they do sell them with tires mounted and balanced

which is real cool especially since they offer FREE shipping on wheel and tire packages right now.

That's like 80-150$ worth of savings right there.. plus 40-60$ savings you pay to mount and balance the tires at a shop..

only problem i have with that is the tires they sell are ****ty in my opinion.

Tire Rack also has tires and wheels specials. I have bought from them 2 different times and have always been very satisfied. I would check them out!

Thanks! I was wondering because Tire Rack actually asks you if you want the tires to be mounted and confirms that during the order process (on their website). But Discount Tires include something called installation kit and from the picture of it I recognized valve stems. So I thought they don't mount the tires and that's why they include the kit to take to the local shop.

Discount is the best! They have great prices, and by far the best warrantys available with ANY company in the world. No one else treats you has good.

discount rocks, they'll inflate your tires for free, rotate for free, remove flats (if not on sidewall) for free... mounting costs money at certain stores, I've gotten it free several times.... oh, by the way, the best thing about them is that you can buy tire insurance!

So if ANYTHING happens to your tire, besides treadwear, you get brand new one!

story about discount:

I bought four tires for my dad two months ago, his tire blew. Me the great clown forgot to inform my dad about the warranty. The tire blew three weeks ago. Called the discount told them about it. Took it to the nearest discount tire shop, they measured the thread used and just paid $25.00 for a brand new tire. Discount tire Rocks, highly recommend this place for tires. Shipping is free and if your not too far from their warehouse you rec tires within two days. Ground is 5 days. Great customer service.
