Are these critical codes?

Today I was driving home from work and I get a CEL for 0104 vehicle speed sensor 0201 ignition circuit and 0304 Knock sensor. I have had the 0201 before and it just pop up again today. The only thing I have done recently was change spark plugs and adjust my idle. I used NGK copper plugs.

How much will a new vehicle speed sensor cost?

Ok ! I think the problem is getting worse. I was driving and my CEL would blink, seemed like the faster I went the faster it blinked. I did a diagnostic and I still only come up with 0104 & 0304. I checked that my gas cap was on tight and all the connections to the coils packs are snug. My car seems to run fine. I went a disconnected the coil packs one by one and with each one I could hear the change in the engine tone.

A blinking CEL is usually due to misfire or some other drivability problem. Since you know how to pull the codes, go through the diagnostic procedure in the FSM and see if you can find any problems.
