To answer the questions from my last post:

I did that paint job myself. I used Dupont Chromallusion. Its called Extreme Purpleen, and it was $700 for a quart. I used vinyl graphics (reversed) for a stencil on the doors, when I shot the Purpleen, I pulled the vinyl off and it looks like the pic.

I decided this summer to re-paint it all black. Here's a few pics of me REMOVING and PAINTING OVER a $3,000 paint job in July '00.

Wow, very nice Don! I wish I got the money for a new paint job. Even just a repaint of the factory color would be good enough. Last time I check, the estimate was about $2200 for a whole repaint of the car in factory black. Just imagine if the whole car is repainted a custom color such as Extreme Purpleen. $$$ YIKES!

Great pics Don. Why did you get rid of the Chromallusion paint? Did you get tired of it? Just curious. Your car still looks great with the new black paint.

what color volk te-37's do u have and what size? and how much those cost you?

They are custom silver, 17x8, it took 2 months and $2,000 to get. Rubber not included.
