shifter feels like glue when its cold

shifter feels like glue when its cold

when i start my car in the morning the shifter is very difficult to move around. after the engine /tranny warm up it's fine. i figure it has something to do with my tranny fluid. do any of you guys esperience this problem. if you are/are not what kind of trany fluid are you using.

using Redline here, no problems.

get away from the heavy 85w90 or whatever gunk they sell at parts stores and but a good tranny fluid like redline or amsoil. problem solved.
