Girlfriends Dad

So Im at my girlfiends house tonight and we're watching a movie when her dad walks in and says that he backed his minivan in to my car. At first I thought he was joking. no luck. I put on my coat walk outside and there are some good scrapes on the drivers side front fender and a nice dent infront of the wheel well. So I'm pretty ****ed but I can't let any of it out which ****ed me off even more. I feel bad for him too since he knows how much I love my car and take care of it. He said he would pay for the damages and everything, I realize things could be worse but I just needed to vent my frustration a little.

At least your car wasn't damaged by a car wash who won't accept responsibility, and then your insurance company won't even bother pursuing it, and you have to pay a $500 deductible, and your rates go up $100 every 6 mo. for 3 years.

Basically, an $1107 Car Wash.

Sorry to hear that but luckly you know the guy since you would be more pi$sed if it ended up being some stranger hitting your car then leaving the scene.

Unless the dad is a wimp, I'd think it'd be the other way around. I saw a LAPD, probably in his 40's, put a wise-guy in his place. And he threw in the age thing too!
