Ok, we know the NGK's are good, however has anyone ever heard anything bad about Denso Iridium plugs?? I have done a search and read about them, but I just wanted some more feed back on the topic, because I have to change out by Bosh +4's soon, Thanks for your info.

Everything that I have heard about Denso Iridiums have been positive and I know several guys running with them. We just picked up ones that are 1 step colder then stock ngks for when we change out the pulley to higher boost. AFAIK they should do fine. Dunno how they compare to the NGK but will we find out shortly.

HKS sells iridium plugs which are Denso iridium plugs. HKS sponsers Craig Paisley who uses iridium. They are OE on the Celica GTS and Tundra V8, if that says anything.

I believe NKG makes iridium plugs too. I'm trying to find out some part #s, so I'll let everyone know when I do.
BTW, I'm running Denso plugs and they are great, I'm looking to get some 1 step colder plugs for my next set.

Denso Iridiums are good. E.L. Prototypes sells cryotreated NGK plugs. Although very pricey they are supposed to fire better than the Denso Iridiums and the Bosch platinum plugs. My friend with his 3S-GTE conversion in his 88 Camry has a set of these cryotreated plugs installed. They work good for him.

What is the benifit of using these expensive plugs? Has anyone dyno'd their gains or is another benifit? thanks

running denso iridums

i picked them up at nopi nats. i got too greedy and changed out the plugs before i did my first baseline dyno run. i have had no problems with them though. from what i read in magazines them seem to work better with boosted cars and nitrous
