people always tell me to get a big boost in an automatic to start from 1...then change it to 2 and then drive...is that good for your transmission? like if your trying to get a good launch off..is that good...is it good moving it down to those gears...and what about at traffic lights when im sitting there..or at a drive thru...and how people put it in park...i heard it was better to just put it in neutral

 

Unless your at the track with mods, leave it in drive.
