very nice and neat Kevin. I like how you set up your battery in the trunk...it looks like a first aid kit or something when it's covered, hehe.

Maybe you can give me a ride in ghetto Hayward once it's done.

Very nice... i wish i could do that to my car since most of my friends are boosting their cars. My friends 2k1 Toyota Tacoma has a TRD supercharger. We finished installing a turbo kit on my friends 2k2 Lexus IS300 two weeks ago complete with a custom adjustable fuel regulator and fuel return line. And tonight we started taking apart my friends 2k 1.8T Volkswagen Passat to do a turbo upgrade with custom programmed ECU and larger fuel injectors. Also our car club presidents 87 Nissan truck will soon have a custom made turbo kit complete with a large front mount intercooler on it. And about 4 Honda Accord and Civic waiting for their kits to arrive.

wish I was in Cali to work on that beast and get it done. My car was down for 2.5 weeks I cant picture my car been down that long.

By the way where did you get the fittings to fit your Oil cooler? I would like to do that with the stainless steel lines, looks very neat and no mess, These rubber hoses just aint cutting it no more.

why did you have the valve cover off?

Is there that much more space between the G4 and G5 front bumber that you can fit the IC without cutting the support? Or did you modify something else...

Can you show pics of the oil return tap? Upper or lower oil pan?

Thank you! Waiting on the polished valvecover to come back from the shop. If I knew it was going to take this long, I would have spent a little more and got it from another member.

Oil filter is not on yet.

I have to thank Chunger for letting me know about the Mocal oil adapter. http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/mocal.htm

I bought the fittings from a local shop, but I can give you the Aeroquip part numbers. Rubber hoses suck!

4 FCM2008 -8AN flare 1/2 NPT
2 FCM1013 -8AN hose ends (you may want to locate a good spot for the cooler before buying these)
2 FCM1043 -8AN 120 degree hose ends

Polished valvecover. The bumper support was modified... no way around that. The oil return tap is on the upper oil pan. Tapping the lower oil pan may cause the oil to back up into the turbo causing premature failure. I know Harold doesn't have any problems with the lower oil pan, but I'd rather be 100% certain.

He went with RevHard. Good fitment but i think it's a prototype cause we had problems with fuel enrichment and RevHard couldn't figure it out. He is running 440cc RC engineering injector, adjustable fuel pressure regulator(forgot what brand),inline fuel pump and a custom fuel return line. (toyota's are returnless fuel system)and an Apexi AFC for fuel control.

Thanks guys.

The fitting is -10AN. I will show pics of where it was tapped, but I need to take out some "stuff" first.

Your floor will get dirtier and messier, Matt.

What kind of camera did you take the pics with?

Megapixles = ?
Zoom = ?
Were you on auto-focus = ?
Were you doing any special features like a "macro-mode" for the upclose pics?

Sorry for the 20 questions, i got a digicam and for some reason my pics aren't turning out as well as i'd hope.

any camera 2.1 megapixels and up should come out fine once resized down..

maybe your setting on your camera is set to 800x600 .. what megapixles does your camera have?
