Ok, I got my Kumho's last year, and they were very good in the summer on dry and wet pavement. But unfortunately after hitting a pothole, I got a bubble on my front tire, and they are horrible in cold weather like we've been getting here in NYC. Very loud in cold and very slippery on snow. I don't have all the $$$ to spend, so I'm between Falken 451 the new ones with nice sporty tread, and Sumitomo HTR+ which rate excellent and pretty good in snow and noise on tire rack.
Both tires I can get for around $130 in 245/40/18.
Which one should I get ???????
