I dunno,

I'd have to say if your running Rockford Punch's (ie, the lowest line out there), you'd probably be getting an upgrade. The Rockford speakers don't really stand out, with the exception of some of their newer line (HX^2, Power series). And coming from a rockford fan who's running mostly rockford stuff, that's being pretty honest =/ ...

If their speakers are anywhere near their amp quality they *have* to be good. See if you can get a test run on em first hehehe.

X-tant amps are made by MTX, but I'm sure that you know that. What type of sound are you looking to get from your subs? The RFL's are designed for DB drag type applications, I personally have't listened to them.

X-tant

I posted a reply below but I'm not sure you got it. X-tant is made by MTX, incase you didn't know. It depends on what type of sound you are looking to achive. The RFL's are designed for DB/DB drag type applications, myself I haven't listened to them.

If you want a really good sub check out the new JBL GTI!! Its big dollars msrp is going to be around $1,000. But it got 24mm of X-max, the most of any sub. A 15 inch sub hit 141.6 db! Or if your into SQ check out the Infinity Kappa perfect, extruded aluminum, beautful sub and it sounds killer!

As far as amps go, Xtant are excellent

Their subs are ok, not the best. depends on the deal your getting for the subs. You won't go wrong with their amps.
