Any one know of a tuner styled rim that comes in a 17x7.5 or 17x8 size and that comes in a gun metal color? i've looked and only found ones for hondas in the 4 bolt and they're not wide enough, suggestions? thanks.

What do you mean by "tuner styled"? Have you looked at some of the Volk Racing rims? I'm sure they have a model you like that comes in your size (5-lug etc.). They're a bit pricey though...for the gunmetal color of their rims, dealers charge you extra sometimes. Good luck.

check these out

they come in silver and something called "VERY HIGH GLOSS ANTHROSITE FINISH" which I think is kinda gun metal looking, I'm considering some of these myself. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/aw-cg...item=538267654

Yeah, gunmetal is tight on dark colored cars..

I was thinking about some black wheels-or maybe getting some in silver and getting them powdercoated in black-, but I like the idea of gunmetal on my black Max. Only thing is, I couldn't find very many types that would fit. Those Voodoos look sweet, tho.

OgreDave....

What is the width on an 18" Axis rim? I am looking for those exact same rims you have, but in an 8" width. Thanks!

Axis Se7en's

They come in:

17x7
18x7.5
19x8
19x9

James has 20's on the ferrari.. custom axis rims. NICE ride. BTW, if anyone is interested in 18x7.5 and is local.. (socal) im thinkin about gettin 19s. AHAHAHAH. Mine are only like a month old too.. the difference between 18 & 19 just seems like so much to me.

Check Acealloywheel.com

They've got some "Hyper-Black" color that's pretty nice.

Lemme see

Ill talk to james about it monday (or tues, if axis isnt open monday) n get a price for them new, without tires. Then ill base my used prices off that.. btw where are you located.. if yer outta state or somethin, forget used.. shipping tires = major hassle for those whove never done it.

SSR has a very light weight anthricite colored (silver lip), 6 spoke, competition wheel. Tirerack has a picture of it. Not cheap, but probably worth it if you want more than looks.

Don't forget about...

The Team Loco wheels. There's two models in anthracite and a machined lip; a grooved five spoke and a seven spoke(looks like the Kosei Racing Seneka). The Tire Rack has them.
