**See Page 2 for pictures of Bottles Installed**

The picture of my car is actually back in the UK getting the color fixed and the carbon fiber hood added as well as a few little things, but i had it for a few days. Carl at www.cartooncars.com is the guy who did it for me.

The other stuff is my NX stuff on sponsorship (no bottle because I have chrome bottles already, may get another 10lb chrome bottle for future trunk construction), my digital air ride gauges, and a few of the chrome brackets.. I am still waiting on the rest of my chrome stuff; throttle body and all it's components, and about 20 other little parts from under the hood. The new steering wheel and door panel came in and those have already been swapped out. I am also waiting on some stuff for the interior, a few odds and ends.. gotta impress the Import Tuner guys next weekend.

The packing slip for the NX stuff:

jason, your car looks great. do you drive that as your everyday/regular car like most of us, or due to extensive modding for show and such do you garage it and have another car?

and i installed the kit today, had some issues with connecting some things and trying integrate the NX stuff with my air ride switches that are unused.... but i will post pictures tomorrow of everything, had a suspension issue tonight so was a little angry at the car.

You should at least have a blow down tube installed.

Standard bottles have saftey release valves. If the pressure gets too high, the valve will open and the bottle will vent instead of explode.

If your bottle is in your car (or a hatchback) I think its a NHRA regulation that you must have a blow down tube.

A blow down tube is basically a tube (or line I suppose) that goes from the release valve OUT of the passenger compartment. You do NOT want the bottles to vent inside the car if something goes wrong.

Where'd you get the bottles? I don't even see where the saftey would release. Are they NX bottles?

BTW - the setup does look awesome!

When not necessary (ie - not a hatchback). There are ways to make it safe...but its a lot of work if you don't have to.

looks like i wont be running the nitrous then, just purging.

i dont have plans to run it because my car isnt built up for it and obviously the bottles are in the cabin of the car.

damn show cars.. would there be any issues with using it for just purge and not having a blow down tube?

and they are nitrous express bottles, i have a 3rd bottle that didnt get chromed and still is white with the NX logo and all i'll snap a picture of it tomorrow.

thanks for all the comments and advice, i am newbie at this.

Yes, the same issues would exist. The purge system uses the same line off the bottle.

Call NX and ask what they recommend for in-cabin installs with those bottles. They must have a solution.

Sprite, my point exactcly.

An in-cabin install is treated exactly the same as a hatchback install.

it doesn't say that.. it says you should follow procedure for a hatchback..

but it specifically says in the first paragraph that in cabin installs are not recommended..

I understand that, buy they CAN be treated as one in the same. Weather or not they _should_ is a different question.

Personally, if you have a trunk I'd mount it in there. It obvious he's doing this for show though, so I dunno.

hatchback's don't hold heat as well as sedan's do.. having the bottle in the cabin with the heat up all the way can affect nitrous pressure greatly..

sure he can treat his car as though its a hatchback, but as i stated before.. its not safe.. and you are playing with averages..

if its just for show.. why waste the money on the whole kit.. why not just buy the bottles?
