Can the same effect of a wheel spacer be accomplished by using a wheel with a different offset. If I want to decrease the amount of space on all four wheels/tires, is there a certain offset I can obtain in a wheel that will give this effect? Anyone know what that might be?

Yeah, the offset will give you the same effect. I think that an offset of 35 will give you a pretty accurate look for what you want. 35, I believe, is what the Momo Arrows are, and that gives a pretty good look as far as coming out the the fenders a little better than others. That would suggest that you probably don't want an offset higher than 35 to achieve the effect of the wheelspacers.
