How long should headlight bulbs last?

I have had my SilverStars for about 4 months and one blew out already. I used gloves to install and did not touch the bulb at all.

I am p!$$ed! How long should bulbs last?

my cool blues have been in the car for about 3 years now, with no problems. the ones that were in it before that were factory bulbs.. hmmm, 7 years old and I only replaced them to get whiter ones.

You must have got a defective bulb.. Don't SilverStars have a 1yr warranty on them?

Anyways just get HID;s and the bulbs will last longer then your car

Bulb must be bad or moisture got in the housing possibly. Bulbs typically last for years.

No expressed warranty on the silverstars, but the place where I bought them is willing to swap them out and send these back as defective because I still have the receipts and packaging.
