last night about 11:30 i heard that screech and a bang.. cars crashing.
some drunk SOB (with his 12yr old in the 4 runner..
) hit my car and took out 2 other parked cars.
he was taken away in hand cuffs in the police car.
i just washed the car like 5 hours before and now there is 2 inches of snow on the ground..

Those pictures make me sick. Since your car is the most "controversially" popular car, time and effort....ohhhh my stomach hurts.
Well, hope you can make some lemonade out of this and hope the DUI guy gets his license revoked and kick in the butt with a steel toed boot, and mucho dinero in fines.
DUI people SUCK!

That rear wheel is pretty far forward. I hope it's just the beam or trailing arms that are bent and not the chassis.

Man that sux. I remember you saying that your insurance cover your mods too. I hope so man. Some of us are lucky enough to have a garage. Garages are a must for modded cars.

just called my insurance. they said it will not be a problem. pay my deductable, and then they go after his insurance, once they get money, i get my deductable back.
i want to wait a day and try to get the SOB's insurance #..
they took him away before they got his insruance card. i have to call the policeman who was first on scene.

the rims were the only aftermarket parts so far..
maybe the rear sway bar
or a coilover
You might want to think about trying to get it turned in strictly under his insurance instead of under yours then subrogatng his ins company. That way, you can get ludacris with the cost of repairs and make out on the deal and not worry about it coming back to you. In addition, you wouldn't have to pay your deductable. Just a thought, hope it helps.
Jeff -
That sucks. Damn Camp Hill drunks. Glad to hear you are insured. If I can help in any way, holla!

Now thats some bad luck, but look at it this way, you'll be gettin new paint and while the body shop is at it im sure they can touch up other dings.
You're lucky the police were right there. With my luck the guy woulda gotten away with it and left my car a heaping pile of scrap.
