Do it, My buddy had the VE 5 speed I used as a donor, I though about selling mine and then buying his for $2500 and switching over all my stuff. But I decided to keep my car, since I know where it has been and I have taken care of it. Black/Black fully loaded and like new still, all the others I see have flaws. Keep it, swap it, be happy once and for all...

Sweet ride, Chris. It still doesn't look as good as my old 93 VE, but you're getting there. Seriously though. It looks hot. Good work.

Makes me miss my old Max even more.

I'll get you a new one probably in the next week. I don't really like any of the shots I took from a photographic standpoint.

Dex I did get a couple stickers from Rob which I'll represent for Carlilse and I got Rob's cards for the show as well. You me and Brian should try and show together...

Everyone else thank you for the comments.

Is Rob going to carlisle? Man...he needs to stop working so much and finish his car and bring that to Carlisle. Did you notice my old hood is on Rob's car?

Car looks hype. I really like the stance with the subzeros. Did those subzeros slow you down any, from the smaller rims you had before?

I believe he is going. He's real busy now with everyone trying to get ready for the show. I saw the hood and I don't think his car could be ready for Carlisle if he wanted it to be...

how much to paint the maxima.. and how much was the total charge to fix the body... all the parts of the maxima body was the original one or did you have to buy a new part?

Chris, just got his painted. He wasn't in an accident, so he didn't buy any new parts. As for the price, I have an idea, but I'll let him answer it.

i somehow doubt that unless they alter the classes this year. With cars like Jason's and Paul's and Pinky's etc that i'll get lumped in with I won't have a chance (as it stands right now) I still have the summer to wrap some stuff up so we'll see

for a quality job and with some body work on top of it (ie rust, dents pulled etc) you're looking at 2000 - 3000. You still have to factor in kit/spoiler installation, shaving the antenna and the pearl (roughly 500+ for that alone).
