Anyone have a suggestion on what to use to clean the headliner?

I bought some Interior cleaner with the scrubby at top, from the autoparts. When I have my moonroof all the way back, I noticed where the headliner wraps around, it is really dirty and getting on my nerves. So today I put a little bit of foam on the scrubby and hit a little spot, but it took the fuzzyness off the headliner in that little spot, now it looks nasty, good thing it is where not too many people can see it, and I only did a little spot.

I tried it on another section inside the car(little different texture from where it wraps up top of the moonroof)and the foam just soaks in and really doesnt do much.

My headliner is getting really dirty and it is bothering me now.

Any suggestions?
