Chrome Rim Cleaning

Ok with everythink goin on this year with the winter I started getting black spots on my rims, is there anything to take them off. I did scratch it off with my finger nail but is there a cleaner that I can use?

Use either Brasso or Silvo. just get a polish that is used to clean silverware and you'll be amazed at the results.

Almost anywhere. try wal-mart, or any hardware store, just ask forwhere they keep metal polish/silverware cleaner.
