Ok.. need help with a new radiator fan
Ok, since the turbo kit is intsalled, i am looking at installing another radiator fan.
IT HAS TO BE MOUNTED IN THE FRONT AND BLOWN INTO THE ENGINE.
I have 1 I was going to add a 2nd one and just have it hard wired, always on.
It would blow throught the tranny cooler then ac condensor, then radiator then over y-pipe, then over turbo ( if it made it )
My big question is.. Having it on ALL the time, at 80/90 MPH ( highway speeds ) would it be effective.
I was thinking that the air flowing in the back of it at highway speeds would be choppy, thus NOT cooling. I was thinking it would disrupt airflow.
Is this correct or incorrect?
Or am I WAY off base
Any input or suggestions would be great
thanks

Are you sure they were running above 50 MPH?
If so GREAT
I knew they one ran with the ac. But I thought it may turn off at a certain speed/rpm
