I wasn't at fault. I wasn't even driving. My dad had taken my car because he didn't want to move some other cars in the driveway. I woke up around when he was coming in. Some truck rearended a neon into the intersection that he was passing through.
It's not like it's a horrible wreck, but it's gonna be a decent amount for bodywork. I think it'll be totalled because:
1) 14 year old car
2) almost 100k miles
I think if they total it I'm just gonna say goodbye and move on. I'm worried that I'll get screwed because I never claimed all my aftermarket stuff. But if that happens, I'm gonna try and work something out to where I can swap back to my stock stuff.
Yeah, thats just the lip. It took most of the blow and is still intact. So, that's one positive thing.

that sucks man, at least no one was hurt.. did the bags deploy?
in florida any moderate front end damage is a total, whether it be a new car or not.. if you know of a good body shop and you get some decent cash for it you could buy the car back and get it fixed up real nice
good luck on whatever you do..

Were you at fault in the accident?

If I do end up getting it fixed, I think I'm gonna just get them to spray the whole car in the same color. I'll order the rest of the kit and maybe a WW spoiler. THen black leather, and five speed cuz my tranny is just about gone. But I think I might be ready to move on.....
