I just got a set of Tokico HP's that were used for a few thousand miles. My question is, is it normal to be able to compress the shock all the way down by hand? I'm able to and I'm not too strong of a person. I realize all the resistance in the suspension relies on the spring and it's spring-rate. I suppose it does take some time for the shock to be pushed down and retract. I just want to make everything is cool before I install. Also, is this a tough install. I'm putting on H&R's with Tokicos. I thought it'd be easier to install both at the same time. I'm guess this is a 3 hour job.
