how do you remove the pistons from the 300zx calipers? Also, I'm going to have them powdercoated, so to I need to remove all the bolts and everything, and have just a shell?

 

after the lines are off, use a air compressor nozzle and insert the tip into the port and when you spray it, it will pop out. make shure you put a piece of wood in there so the piston doesnt slam against the capiler because it comes out pretty damn fast.
