Anyone register for NOPI Nationals yet?

I'm trying to do it now and it's charging me 35 for registration and another 35 after i classify the car for a total of 70. Is this right or is something wrong here?

edit...did a little digging and it might be right..i'll wait to see if anyone else has finished yet though

Methamphetamine 05-19-2003 05:02 PM

look how much money you put in your car..

Maxtank 05-20-2003 07:35 AM

I think me and a friend are goin down for it, it's gonna come down to if i have the fundage and the time away from school....

Redmax 05-20-2003 02:08 PM

well put it this way you spend all of that money in your car, then you spend another couple of hundred to get it "show ready" Then u pay a hundred or so for travel and food expenses. Then, you pay a couple a hundred for a room. You will then pay 70. for registration, and all u will get is a stinkin trophy!!! So do u think its worth it? Y do we do all of this? is it for braggin rights? So someone can say that the beat Sadler A** at nopi or what? :D

It's right...I paid the same amount to register for a different NOPI show. I guess their rates went up or something.

rob van dam 05-20-2003 05:56 PM

the rates did go up. Me and my friend will split the cost. Sadler and shadow can have the mild class. Conservative is all mine!!...lol..jk...:wall:

maximaracer28 05-21-2003 12:12 PM

Chris- did I mention you will have a twin pretty soon? Ended up buying my friends 1990 Max SE 5 spd- only 95k miles on it and the car was barely driven. He has sprint springs, tokicos, act clutch with UR flywheel, greddy catback, cattman y, short-shifter, pr cai and also a cf hood. He also has the stillen kit not painted and 92-92 se grill not painted yet as well...:D ..now all I need to do is find some wheels

2kprlmax 05-21-2003 12:51 PM

for those who have registered where will you be at so that we can all be together:woowoo:
