caliper rebuild procedure?

I am picking up my 300zx calipers from the powdercoater tommorow, and I have the nissan seal kit. What is involved in rebuilding the calipers? Is there a procedure I need to follow? Do I need to lubricate the seals? How about the pistons, anything needs to be done with them?

Lubricate everything with brake fluid.

Put the seals in, then the pistons, then the dust covers.

The rebuild kit came with some pink goo. What is that for?

Obvisouly not a 300z caliper but it's a reference. Please keep this link for future tech references(not just the brake)
