Clutch Engagement Height??

Is there anyway to adjust this? It seems that my clutch is engaging at a high part of the pedal. Just seems like it should start to grab closer to the floor? Also, is the pedal supposed to feel heavier with an ACT clutch, because mine feels lighter?? Thanks!

With the ACT brand new, the engagement point is like super low. And it is definitely a lot stiff.. But after a while you notice the engagement point get a lil higher and it'll be less stiff. But that's after a good breakin period.. Don't you like the lower engagement? Make ripping through gears and chirping gears a lot easier

The egagement point isn't low or stiff though, it is high and light?? That is why I am wondering if they installed it wrong and if there is a way to adjust it?

How's it grip though? Any slipping?

No, it grips fine. No slipping. Haven't really ripped throug the gears yet because I am still breaking it in. I have floored it at higher speeds and it grabs fine. Only issue I really have is that in first and second it is real jerky, guess that is clutch chater? During the clutch engagement it wants to jerk the car no matter how slow I go. Sometimes it shakes the dash. But that seems to be getting better. It was horrible, but now it isn't that bad.

I was just mostly curious about the pedal feel mostly because I had heard that it would be heavier, and mine seems to be lighter and higher than normal?

There is an adjustment under the dash where the clutch linkage comes thru the firewall. You can set it as you like it.
