Help I Need Wiring Experts

Ok guys, I was noticing on this movie...Mischief 3000, Dado's M3's headlights blink in reverse of the hazard signals. How can I do this to my 97 I30? I hope it isn't to difficult, I think it would look cool as beans.

Do they blink when he activates/deactivates the alarm? Or, is it all the time?

Wouldn't that kindof make you look like a police car?

The easiest way without relays is to cut the ground to your headlights and splice it into the positive for your hazards.

at the begining when he is getting stuck in the enterance of the garage. I've seen his car in real life, it looks tight. I might only be able to do it with the city lights on my car. When we turn on our head lights... does the switch apply a positive current or complete the ground to the light relay?

When we turn on our headlights, it supplies a positive....

The easiest way IMHO would be to use relays....

I guess just buy a hazard relay huh? then wire it to the positive for my high beams? is that what you mean? I don't think a typical relay will make the headlights blink on and off with the hazards.
