What's a good ODB scanner to buy? they have these on eBay for $50 and then there's the EQUUS one's for $120 what's the diff?

I need something I can use on my 98 GLE and a 95 Corolla.

 

I don't know about your Corolla but this really won't help on the Maxima. All it does is give you the code which you can easily get yourself. It doesn't actually say what is wrong, you still have to look it up. Now maybe you do need one to pull the code on the Corolla but I wouldn't spend $1 on one of those for a Maxima.

 

I know I can check the code in Binary with the light flashing on the Max, I need something for the corrola so it may as well work for the Max, do they even have a forum for corrolas?
