Rant and a question

Like 2 months ago I went to meineke to get my exhaust on not knowing what I was thinking, but the guy put on the y pipe b pipe and muffler on for 350(RIPOFF!!!!) Ever since I got it put on, the exhaust rattles whenever I hit a bump, so I went back today to tell them to fix it. The ahole hangs on my muffler, smacks it with a hammer and tells me its fixed. I told him he did nothing to it, i could have done that. So he puts new hangars on and tells me its fixed. I told him I wanted to drive it around first before we're done. He tells me there is so way that it will rattle and I dont need to bother. So I take it for a test drive and what do you know, it rattles. So I take it back and tell him it rattles and he tells me he's closed. I told him to fix it or give me my money back. He tells me there is no way it rattles and i'm full of **** and not to bull**** him, those we're pretty much his exact words. He wanted me to take him for a ride and prove it, but there's no way i'm driving through potholes with my new rims and that greasy hairy foreign(no offense) piece of sh*t. He told me to stop talking to him and get out of his face because they're closed. You have got to be kidding me, what kind of business is that? What are my options? I'm going to file a complaint with the credit card company, but what else can I do to get my money back? I really don't want to take my car back there, who knows what the guy will do to it.
