VIS hoods.. new model info
Hey guys, I was with my sponsor picking up some hoods and we were told (then shown) what VIS hoods would be like from now on.
It seems like they are all 1-piece.. meaning the underside skeleton is also carbon fiber as to not need hood pins (but they're always recommended). The old models look sloppy and not really well done, but these 1-pieces are an awesome improvement. It looks good IMHO but i'm still a wee bit skeptical about not using hood pins. I know they have hoods for 5th gens, including the invader hood I believe... but I'm not so sure if they have hoods for 4th gens.
So if anybody wants to give VIS a call and bug the hell out of them then feel free.
Anywho, just thought I'd let you all know.. not sure if it's old news...

If it's for real then my sponsor has an account open with VIS and he'll put up competitive prices. He only wants to deal with the 1-piece hoods though.

vis is producing the hoods but i have a feeling that they are doing it for stillen and stillen is slapping their name on someone elses product (as usual). But i know for sure 4th gen hoods made by vis are coming.
