aftermarket fpr question

When you get an aftermarket adjustable fuel pressure regulator, are you supposed to get a kit or adaptor or something that allows you to connect a hose to the fuel rail after taking off the OEM fpr?

They don't normally come with one because they are pretty much different for every car.

I got my FPR from sx7r and got the off-fitting from him as well. They aren't expensive but sure are necessary.
