got 2 questions:
When lowering your car, do you need to do anything to the shock, is there a process to install lowering springs?
If you are using Fully Synthetic motor oil in your engine and want to switch back to regular oil, what will happen?

To lower your car properly you need to replace both the stock spring and the stock shocks. KYB, Tokico and Koni are your choices for shocks. KYB ofers two models, AGX which are adjustable and GR2 which are fixed. Both offer a nice firm sporty ride.
Tokico has a line up called Lllumina which also are adjustable. They will give you a smoother ride then KYB products.
Koni's are expensive and require modifications up front in order to use them.
Switching from Synthetic back to regular oil isn't a problem. Your engine will never know the difference.

Im not going to start a war, but there are many members on this board that have changed just the stock springs to lower ones and left the stock struts in place. Im not saying its better or the same as aftermarket, but if you want to go cheap or dont have the money to shell out for struts, then just change the springs. People like maximadave and me have put well over 30k miles on aftermarket springs with stock struts with no issues.
