Problem with BOSE deck

well, I usually just use the CD on it but I tried using the tape player...man sometime it would just make the cassette stuck in there...and hard to get it out...
What's wrong?
I had similar problem with VCR..but it is related to humidity problem...the tape stuck in there...
anyhow..any help would be appreciated.

Well, at least you don't have to BEG yours to play a CD. Mine "ERR"s a lot. I want to take it to the dealer to fix. But I'm not sure if its still under warranty. 97 SE with 37K miles on it. But I'm affraid when I bring it there. The damn thing will work fine and screw me over. Hehe.

If it was up to me I would just get an aftermarket head unit they are much better than the stock units.
As for the tapes getting stuck the loading mechanism is probably bad and needs some new parts.
