JWT ECU Question!
JWT ECU Question!
Hey,
I was wondering. Does anyone know if JWT can extend the rev limiter on an ECU without advancing the timing? I would really like to know. This would be great for people like us (Forced induction) to get full use of there MEVI and not have to worry about denotation issues.
If anyone knows let me know
Thanks
-Chris

jwt has a program for SC'd cars, and i'm pretty sure that if you bring your car to them they will tune a turbo program as well...
but to answer your ?, yes i beleive they will...i can't see why they wouldn't.

They can do whatever you want with timing, fuel, rev limiter, and other things including larger injectors and MAFs. The question is how much do you want to spend because it isn't cheap at all especially when you get into the finer details.

I called JWT two weeks ago and asked them this very question. The answer is sure, they'll do that for you if that's all you want them to do. The cost is $595, the same as if they did a full upgrade.
