Too much

You think riding around with dead front struts will put too much stress on my rear shocks? It seems that they are feeling a little weaker lately, but it could be just me noticing the front ones ompletely die. Any thoughts?

Weak fronts will not have much effect on the rears.

You should replace them as a set, ALL 4.

Save weight, just remove them! Replace the worn shocks asap. Worn ones make the car handle odd.

Well with coilovers its not as pronounced but the struts do bottom out from time to time when cornering hard. Also at high speeds like on the high way it does bounce for every little inperfection.
