I was fixing a fuse today and I noticed one fuse that was labeled Electronic Suspension. As far as I can tell, my 97 SE does not have electronic suspension. What is electronic suspension?

 

My 1996 Maxima has this fuse number 27 also, 10Amp. But My factory service manual for 1996 doesn't even acknowlege the existence of this "Elec Susp" fuse or hint at what it may be for. Neither does the owners guide. Curious. Maybe this fuse panel is shared with other Nissan products that have electronic suspention or it's offered in other markets on Maxima variations. But why would they install a fuse in it? But there are fuses installed for ABS and Bose sound system which my car doesn't have either. They sure are generous with fuses.
