Ok, I have seen basic info on how to install these things, and now that I have it in my hands, I see that there are a lot more bolts on the arm that need to be tightened or kept loose????? there is one for the pivot, one on both sides of the bar.

 

Hmm, middle two are to adjust the reach of the arms, and the others are to bolt it onto the car
