transmission . anti freeze

Have a 1999 maxima. automatic.. 25,000 miles.. would it be wise to change the transmission fluid ..or let it go till 100,000.+/- ..I have heard mixed on this...
Also it is 4 yrs should i change the antifreeze..and if so is it easy to do myself...hate to pay 50.00 for 6.99 antifreeze...thanks any other tips would be appreciated..trring to keep it a long time..change the oil every 4 months...

Change the transmission fluid. Just do it, don't wait. It's worth it, especially every 25-30K miles, for longevity purposes. <$100 bux every 30K miles is cheaper than a $2-3K transmission swap/rebuild later on...
